Content: What creates a sense of meaning in academic work, and what happens to meaningfulness when demands for performance, efficiency, and productivity meet the more existential dimensions of academic life? During the webinar, Professor Camilla Koskinen will give a presentation on meaningfulness in academic work, reflecting on the interplay between performance and existence in academic life. The webinar will have a dialogue-based format, with the presentation interwoven with joint discussions, reflections, and questions related to the theme. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences and perspectives and to explore together what contributes to meaningful and sustainable academic work. The webinar will be recorded. During the webinar, participants will receive information about the research project and will be asked to provide their consent for the use of recorded discussions as research data.
